In-app Messaging

Following the development of the seeker and supplier apps’, the product team recognised the need to improve the means of communication between seekers and suppliers. Knowing our target market, we knew that we needed to simplify the means of communication between both sides of the marketplace.

I lead the research, wireframing and design of the UX and UI for in-app messaging.
